Whiskerwren is a small independent online store. We choose a short list of pet gifts, write down exactly what each one is, and show the real shipping time on every page. Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner from their warehouse, and you get a tracking number by email. If something arrives damaged or is not what the page described, we refund it. Questions go to our support email and we answer within 2 business days.
